If it is, any natural cure? like eating cloves of garlic or supplements?

actually its not really ringing per say… more like a t.v. with no station, ya know shhhhhhh white noise.
i’ve noticed when i get really mad it changes to a high pitch solid tone.
one doc gave me hi blood pressure pills, but my pressure has always been & still is very good. i don’t take them [...]
