I am experiencing 'Ringing in my Ears' for the past several days. It's very annoying! Help please : – (?

And….. Is there any (Over the Counter) Medicine to Cure this "Ear Ringing?
My Right Ear has been making a Crackling and Popping sound everytime I swallow……due to getting over an Ear Ache I had last Sunday.
Could that be caued my the Ringing in my Ears??
I am trying Not to ‘Panic’ with this constant Ear [...]
