I’ve always thought my dizzy days weren’t as harsh as what true Meniere’s consists of. I made the mistake of listening to music with ear buds a long time ago and now my ear rings. Can the ringing in my ear go away overtime? I don’t use ear buds anymore and the tinnitus doesn’t seem to be as worse but there is still ringing.
