    What if we’re eternal beings?

I guess superstition makes everything more difficult than it should be.

    did it work?

This 9:43 minute video could have been reduced to about 30 seconds. Why not create a video that is about a minute long with the important information so that people searching for aid or cure don’t have to listen to 6 minutes of your story and deep thoughts about being eternal only to find out you haven’t found a cure.

I’m not trying to be mean or rude here, but wow. Then again. I suppose this is youtube… anything goes. So here is a comment that could have been easily left out.

I have had mine for 50 days. It does not bother me it is so small noice and it sometimes go away for hours or days. It even has gotten smaller noice during those 50 days. I got mine from headphones. The thing that makes me angry at myself is that my mom warned me about that and i still listened ipod almost full volume. Thank god it is has gotten smaller noice during 50 days. My father has had it for 35 years. He got it from ear infection. It was kind of relieving to talk about that with father.

Continuing: Do i have reason to go to doctors etc because my tinnitus doesn’t bother me? Could someone reply to me and perhaps send a personal message and tell me about their tinnitus? I would be happy to talk about that since i know only three people with tinnitus. Thank god that this can be cured some day in the future.

i can’t even sleep cuz of mine cuz tinnitus not even radio helps and i dont even usually lietsn to music and i always keep the speakers at low sound and i am not around screaming people so how is it possible?

  10. rdangelo says:

For starters you should learn to spell. “Cuz” is not a word. Nobody will ever respect you if you write like that. Stop texting and write in English.

  11. rdangelo says:

tinnitus is not a disease or a disorder. It is a symptom. Until they can regenerate outer hair cells they cannot cure inner ear damage, which causes the tinnitus pattern to begin. Tinnitus management using sound/habituation is the way to go – no true “cure”.

  12. dainismichel says:

Dear rdangelo, you are right that tinnitus is a symptom. Thank you for recognizing that and posting. I do, however (with sound science), challenge your position about the source of tinnitus. I have interviewed too many people who have healed themselves completely to be on your side of the “curability” discussion. Have you seen my video on the curability of tinnitus, and have you heard of the 1953 Heller and Bergman experiment? That should bring us closer to reading of the same page.

hey you stupid fucking moron i am 12 and english is my 3th language and i am going trought a hard time with extremely annoyinh tinnitus and i haven’t learn proper english yet and then you are comung from nowhere and you beginning too complain about my english and for your information i don’t look when i writing and i don’t read what i just writed and btw if u are so good at english u should be able to understand a bader quality of english so take your filthy mouth and put it up in your brown ass

  14. rdangelo says:

I know all about Heller and Bergman. I counsel tinnitus patients (I have a doctorate in audiology) with their study all the time. they found that essentially everyone has tinnitus if the contrast is enhanced in quiet. Clinically significant tinnitus is only different by virtue of its perceived intensity and the parasympathetic reaction some get from it. That’s why habituation works albeit slowly. Please don’t waste your money on snake oil that may set up an unrealistic expectation.

  15. dainismichel says:

Thank you very much, I will not waste my money. If you know about Heller and Bergman, why come to a fixed conclusion advocating a hair cell regeneration theory? Is it not our responsibility to dig deeper and look at why tinnitus persists? Also, does it not make sense to set up a community dedicated to learning from people who have already healed themselves of tinnitus successfully?

Tinnitus is such a strange thing it really is. Its only recently that i found out what tinnitus is, I started realising something was up after id come back from clubs and my ears would be ringing. I thought this was normal, but its stayed. But when I thought about it hard, ive acutally had tinnitus for as long as i can remember. I remember i was in year 5 at school (10yrs old) and my teacher talking about it. I remember thinking, hmm i hear that noise at night, but i thought it was normal.

I told my mum, and she told me that my grandad suffered from it SEVERLY because he was a gamekeeper and had been shooting a shotgun all day, every day for 62 years. I know one of my eardums popped when i was a baby aswel i ll have to find out which one. Its mainly in my left ear, its quite upestting at times, as i dont feel normal and hate the thought of being inflicted with something :( hope theres a cure soon, i will pay good money.

This isn’t something to be “cured.” It’s actually something EVERYONE has, but you can have heightened awareness of it, and when that happens for an extended period of time, people call it tinnitus. I strongly suggest you join our community and lear about tinnitus from folks who’ve healed themselves of the “condition.”

  22. dainismichel says:

Our community is up and running and available to help. I recommend you click on the link at the beginning of the description to find out more…

I’ve done the subscription on the website and received the email. Clicked the confirmation link but it just loads to a blank page. I have no way to then register for the free 7 day course.

    What can I do?

  25. dainismichel says:

I’d say wait a bit and try again, because it could be on our end, your end, not sure right now. My host sometimes performs maintenance at 2AM-4AM their time, but the site is accessed from around the world, so people sometimes experience brief down time. Just reply to the email for support. I make sure each support request gets handled.
